• Our shipping charges are:
• Current special: Free Shipping on all orders over $99!
• Flat rate regular trackable shipping (available for all orders): $6
• Express Post trackable shipping (available for all orders): cost calculated at checkout (depends on weight of item(s) in your order) - add your items to your shopping cart and preview this charge on the shopping cart page.
• All orders will have the option to select our flat rate regular trackable shipping, or express post (extra charge). To preview the shipping charges for your order, please add your desired items to your cart, and use the Shipping Charges Preview Tool on the shopping cart page to preview the shipping charges for your order.
• Both our regular flat rate and express shipping services use Australia Post's trackable regular eparcel service. For larger items, a courier or other freight company will be used.
• For the fastest delivery time, please select the express shipping option in the checkout. Please note the Australia Post next day express delivery only applies to cities. Country regions may take a day or two longer to send to.
• Orders received before 3pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business days will ship on that business day, providing the item is in stock. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will ship on the next business day providing the item is in stock. Please check the individual product pages for product availability or email us to check our stock levels on any product.
Gift wrapping is available for most products. To add gift wrapping to your order, simply choose a gift wrapping design and add it to your cart from the gift wrapping page. Alter the quantity in the checkout for your gift wrapping if you have more than one item (i.e. for 4 items to gift wrapped, change the quantity of the gift wrapping in your checkout to be 4). We offer free gift cards with our gift wrapping service, so please feel free to add a message in the comments section of the checkout and we will write this on a card to be included with your gift.
Gift wrapping is not available on the following products:
• All custom made wall decor products (custom made names, letters, numbers, and wall art)
• Baba Slings baby slings
• Walltastic wall murals
• gr8x nappy bags
• All floor rugs
Exceptions: We reserve the right to amend shipping and handling charges. If there are changes to the shipping charges in your order, we will contact you before processing the order so you can approve the change in shipping costs.
Certain items are special orders which generally take 7 to 10 working days after receiving payment to ship. The availability of all items is clearly outlined in each listing. Please read the listing details carefully to avoid disappointment relating to delivery times. An order containing multiple items, including one or more special orders will not be shipped separately and will therefore generally ship after 7 to 10 working days. Once a special order has been placed and payment received it cannot be cancelled.
We do our best to ensure all items are in stock, however on occasion, an item may not be in stock or it may be a special order item. Please check the product's listing for more information about stock status. If a product in your order is out of stock, discontinued or is a special order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you are ordering for a deadline, for example a birthday, please order early to avoid disappointment.
Orders are packaged appropriately according to fragility and size. For wall stickers, we ensure they are posted in a protective hard cardboard envelope or satchel depending on the factory packaging, containing the product.

We do our very best to ensure that each order is well packaged, however we take no responsibility for items lost of damaged in the post.
