Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for most products. To add gift wrapping to your order, simply choose a gift wrapping design and add it to your cart from the gift wrapping page. Alter the quantity in the checkout for your gift wrapping if you have more than one item (i.e. for 4 items to gift wrapped, change the quantity of the gift wrapping in your checkout to be 4). We offer free gift cards with our gift wrapping service, so please feel free to add a message in the comments section of the checkout and we will write this on a card to be included with your gift.
Gift wrapping is not available on the following products:
• All custom made wall décor products (custom made names, letters, numbers, and wall art)
• Baba Slings baby slings

• Walltastic wall murals

Delivery Information
Once you have either signed into your existing account or created an account, you will be taken to the “Shipping page”. On this page you will confirm your delivery address, or change it accordingly. Select your shipping option, and view shipping charges.

Shipping Charges and Options Available
All items are posted through Australia Post and rates are calculated based on product weight or for larger items, product dimensions. All freight costs will be stated during the checkout process so please feel free to create an account and add your desired products to see your shipping costs displayed.

Shipping Options	Time Frame	Cost
Regular (within Australia)	May take from 1-6 days. Not trackable.	This is the cheapest and most commonly used option and costs range from $6.80 for a small item such as wall stickers to $30 for larger items such as high chairs etc.
Express (within Australia)	Delivered Next Business Day to cities. Rural areas may take 1-2 days longer. Tracking number provided.	Cost varies depending on the size of your order and your location. Prices start at roughly $10 per order.
Registered (within Australia)	Same time frame as Regular post, 1-6 days. Insures your item for $100, if lost or damaged. Tracking number provided.	Cost is $2.70, plus the regular post charge. Extra insurance cover can be added, at a reasonable cost.
International Shipping	Postage times vary depending on your location but may take 7-14 days from receipt of payment.	Cost varies and is calculated based on your location and the item weight. You will be given shipping cost during the checkout process. From past experience, shipping a set of wall stickers to the USA costs approximately $10 Australian Dollars.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to amend shipping and handling charges. On occasion shipping charges may differ from the ones listed. If you select the wrong shipping type or destination when placing an order, we will correct this for you, process your order and notify you of the change in charges.  If there is an increase in costs over $10.00 per order we will contact you before processing the order so you can approve the change in shipping costs.

Deliveries
Orders will generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If there is likely to be any variation from our normal policy, we will contact you. We receive stock weekly, and if there should be an item that is not currently in stock, this will be rectified promptly and your order shipped. Orders received before 2pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on most business days will generally ship on that business day, providing the item is in stock. Please check the individual product pages for product availability or email us to check our stock levels on any product. Regular postage may take from 1-6 days to arrive at the destination once posted. Express post should be delivered the next working day, once shipped, however regions that are outside the next day delivery zone may take 2-3 working days to be delivered. These details have been provided by Australia post and are subject to variation. We reserve the right to change delivery times.

Special Orders
Certain items are special orders which generally take 7 to 10 working days after receiving payment to ship. The availability of all items is clearly outlined in each listing. Please read the listing details carefully to avoid disappointment relating to delivery times. An order containing multiple items, including one or more special orders will not be shipped separately and will therefore generally ship after 7 to 10 working days. Once a special order has been placed and payment received it cannot be cancelled.

Product Availability
We do our best to ensure all items are in stock, however on occasion, an item may not be in stock. When this occurs you will be notified and steps will be taken, to ensure you receive your order promptly. We will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order, to notify you. You can then elect to wait, order an alternative or cancel your order.
If you are ordering for a deadline, for example a birthday, please order early to avoid disappointment.

International Orders
We regularly ship items all over the world and international orders are always welcome. Freight costs are calculated based on destination and product weight. All freight costs will be stated during the checkout process so please feel free to create an account and add your desired products to see your shipping costs displayed.

International buyers may use either a visa, mastercard or american express credit card for payment. All transactions are kept 100% secure by our 256 bit SSL certificate, issued by QuickSSL. Bank deposit, money order and bank cheque will not be accepted (these are only offered to Australian customers).
