If there is any issues due to wear and tear Poppy Lou will take into consideration each individual circumstance. Poppy Lou have a company policy to attempt to replace all items if they fail due to normal wear and tear. In a situation such as this the item can be returned to Poppy Lou and a new one provided. All costs will be covered by Poppy Lou.
