Shopping ( 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)|
When you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on the item. This will take you to the products' page, where you can find information about the product and images.
Some products come in a range of colours or sizes, any available options will be displayed at the top and bottom of the product item page, where you can simply click to select your desired option. Alternatively, if the options available, do not match those you require, simply add any details to the “Comments” section, in the checkout or email us at email@example.com for more information.
To purchase the product, click on the green “Add to Cart” icon at the top of the page. This will add the item to your cart, but remember this does not lock you into purchasing the item.
Alternatively if you are searching our site by category, brand or keyword the "Buy Now" buttons next to each product listed will also add that product to the cart.
The item can be removed from the cart, by entering the cart, via the cart contents button at the top of the page, and ticking the remove option, for the item you wish to remove, and click update.
Each time you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to the “cart contents” page where you can review and update your order accordingly. If you wish to keep shopping, clicking the “continue shopping” icon in the cart will take you back to our store.
Once you have finished shopping and wish to complete your purchase, click the “checkout” icon in your shopping cart, or the checkout option at the top of the page.
Your Totsntales Account
Upon entering the checkout you will be asked to sign into your account.
Add any extra information about your order here. E.g. custom made names can be entered here.
Select your preferred shipping option for your order and enter your shipping address here. We use Australia Post for small items posted within Australia. For larger items such as rugs and furniture, couriers and other freight companies will be used.
Following the delivery information is the payment option page. Here you will be asked to confirm the billing address and to select your preferred method of payment. We accept credit card payments with either a visa, mastercard or american express credit card, as well as bank deposits. If you are paying by bank deposit, you will receive our bank account details (to transfer funds into for your order) in your order confirmation email. Here you can also add comments relating to your order, in the space provided.
Upon placing your order, and completing the checkout, your order is complete. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, however some products are special orders which will take a little longer to be shipped. Please check the listing details for each product for details of shipping times.
We post items from Monday to Friday. Products that are ordered before 2pm on a week day will ship the same day provided they are in stock and that it is not a public holiday.
Tracking your order
24 hours a day, 7 days a week your able to track the status of your order. Simply sign into your account, available when visiting the Totsntales shop page. When your order has been shipped a notice will appear saying “payment received and order shipped”. You will also receive regular email updates, which will also let you know once your order has shipped.
