Shopping ( 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
When you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on the item. This will take you to the products' page, where you can find information about the product and images.
Some products come in a range of colours or sizes, any available options will be displayed at the top and bottom of the product item page, where you can simply click to select your desired option. Alternatively, if the options available, do not match those you require, simply add any details to the “Comments” section, in the checkout or email us at sales@totsntales.com for more information.
To purchase the product, click on the blue “Add to Cart” icon at the top or bottom of the page. This will add the item to your cart, but remember this does not lock you into purchasing the item.
Alternatively if you are searching our site by category, brand or keyword the "Buy Now" buttons next to each product listed will also add that product to the cart.
The item can be removed from the cart, by entering the cart, via the cart contents button at the top of the page, and ticking the remove option, for the item you wish to remove, and click update.
Each time you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to the “cart contents” page where you can review and update your order accordingly. If you wish to keep shopping, clicking the “continue shopping” icon in the cart will take you back to our store.
The Checkout
Once you have finished shopping and wish to complete your purchase, click the “checkout” icon in your shopping cart, or the checkout option at the top of the page.
Your Totsntales Account
Upon entering the checkout you will be asked to sign into your account.
If you are a new customer you will be required to register you details, which simply involves filling out a small form, detailing your contact and delivery information. Any information you provide will be covered by our Privacy policy, which states that all customer information will be kept confidential and will not be used in any way, other than to provide you, our customer with superior customer service.
Order Comments
Add any extra information you have about your preferred colours and sizes here. You can also let us know if you’d like gift wrapping which is a complimentary service we offer.
Payment Information
Following the delivery information is the payment option page. Here you will be asked to confirm the billing address and to select your preferred method of payment. We accept credit card payments with either a visa, mastercard or american express credit card, as well as bank deposit, cheque, and money order for Australian customers, and credit cards only for international customers. Here you can also add comments relating to your order, in the space provided.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, and completing the checkout, your order is complete. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, however if under any circumstances this is not possible you will be notified within 24 hours of making your purchase.
We post items from Monday to Friday, generally before 3pm.
Tracking your order
24 hours a day, 7 days a week your able to track the status of your order. Simply sign into your account, available when visiting the Totsntales shop page. When your order has been shipped a notice will appear saying “payment received and order shipped”. You will also receive regular email updates, which will also let you know once your order has shipped.
