About Oeko-Tex:
All of the textiles used by BabyBjörn that will come into close contact with your child are approved in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class 1 eco-certification.

The Oeko-Tex system ensures that the textiles, which have passed the tests and been certified, do not contain concentrations of substances that could be hazardous to human health.

The certificates awarded to Oeko-Tex-approved products are revised and updated every year. As soon as a product is changed in any way, it undergoes testing for new certification.

The Oeko-Tex test institute was founded in 1992. Since then Oeko-Tex Standard 100 has become an international standard for safety throughout the textile chain.

Warranty Information:

Every Baby Bjorn product comes with a 12 months warranty from date of purchase, which warrants against defects in materials and workmanship.
We ask that you return all defective products for our evaluation. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion.

*Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us by emailing us with proof of purchase details.

 We will gladly replace or exchange any products, at our expense, under the following conditions :
    1.    The goods suffer from a manufacturing defect per the above warranty conditions
    2.    If the shipment sent to you is the wrong product.

If you receive the incorrect product, please notify us immediately for exchange at our cost. Please return in its original packaging, along with the receipt.
