About Alimrose Designs

Alimrose Designs (formerly Native Bush Babies) began in the 1980's when two mothers were tired of not being able to access Australian designed dolls and products for their children. This inspired them to begin their own company. The company originally made Australian themed dolls and figurines based around the characters from the stories of May Gibbs.

Over the years the range grew and eventually included a large range of bibs, soft toys, and quilts and cushions & home wares.

In 1997 the company changed its trading name from Native Bush Babies to Alimrose Designs & at the same time took a change of direction with the designs and style of their baby accessories.

Now Alimrose Designs is one the most sought after Australian brands in the Australian market place as well as Europe and the USA.
